This is for a single serving of 1 pork chop
3 oz center cut boneless pork chop
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
Pepper and seasoning salt
2 tbsp canola oil
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Season meat with seasoning then cover with bread crumbs.
Pour the canola oil in the bottom of a pan. Put the chops in the pan and bake for about 20 min then flip them over and cook for another 10 - 15 minutes depending on how done you like them to be. Makes a good tasting pork chop with a lot less fat!
