I just made this for my boyfriend and I, and we both loved it. I left the pork chops marinating for about an hour, and then cooked it on the stove top until done. There was excess sauce so I reduced it to a glaze and then poured it over the pork chops before serving. Taste good and easy recipe! - 3/31/10

I think that the vinegar is a little over powering. - 9/9/07

I love strong flavors on meats...this is GREAT! It works on strong fish (like tuna) as well. - 12/2/11

Used low sodium soy and Worchestershire sauces and added red pepper flakes. Baked the chops at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Yummy! Hard not to eat more than one chop. - 6/19/11

good flavor, very subtle but enough that it didn't taste like a plain old pork chop! We cooked these on the grill, really enjoyed them! Thanks for sharing! - 5/24/13

I made this tonight with very thinly sliced pork chops. It was pretty good but I think next time I will use thicker chops. - 2/27/13

I'm going to try baking this as another member suggested. Also, your original ingredients list includes A-1 sauce, yet it's not listed on the recipe. I will let you know if my family likes this. - 3/26/12

These were pretty good, but I think I will marinate them longer when I make them again. I only did for about 45 minutes and it had a nice flavor, but could be better. When I told my husband the recipe he said it sounded like his bbq sauce minus the ketsup - 6/6/11

Haven't had pork chops since I was a kid, so thought I'd try this recipe and glad I did. Mother in law didn't like it though. She's going off meat altogether though (80+) Husband is allergic to pork but my son and I really enjoyed it. Thank you...btw had to finish it off in oven, not cooked thru - 3/12/11

Flavor seemed good, but pan frying them made the outside too tough while the inside didn't want to finish cooking. I will try this again when weather is warm and we can grill them instead. - 2/16/11

I think I would add a little bit of vinager next time while cooking this. My hubby doesn't like it so I added Orange juice instead which I might need to add more for a little extra tangy flavor. We also cooked them on the grill and they were yummy :) Served with rice and green beans! - 7/26/10

great recipe. if you like tangy foods i would recommend the half cup of vinegar. i used 1/3 of vinegar and the worchester sauce was too strong. - 4/2/08

Definately a keeper. I forgot to marinate my pork in advance. I let it sit for about 20 minutes, and the flavor was still fabulous. I did dip the meat in flour before cooking. Keeps the meat tender. Even the kids liked it. - 8/25/07

These are super and easy. I love the tangy flavor. If you don't like vinegar much, like str8nuts, don't make this. I think that's why he said you "gotta love tang" to be into this. Anyway, JMO. - 8/9/07
