Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 (4.9 oz.) box of Scalloped Potatoes
    1/3 cup skim milk
    2 cups water
    1/2 lb. lean ham, chopped into small pieces
    pepper to taste

Directions

Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. Combine milk, water, and margerine and spread in crockpot. Open box of scalloped potatoes and remove cheese packet. Mix cheese packet in with the water mixture. Next, stir in the potatoes, ham , and pepper. Try and push all of the ingred. down so that they are mostly covered with liquid. Cover and cook on high for 2 hrs.

    Made last night...EXCELLENT! I made it with turkey smoked sausage instead of ham so it wasn't as salty but it was still YUMMY! - 1/18/08

    It was good - but the ham made it all too salty. Maybe I'll try rinsing the ham steaks next time, or buying a less-salty type of ham? - 10/24/07
