Salsa Topped Boboli Salsa Topped Boboli
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1-1/4 C Southwest Style Salsa
    1/2 C chopped onion
    1/2 C chopped green pepper
    1 C Red Kidney Beans
    3 oz. shredded Monterey Cheese
    1 Boboli

Directions

Top Boboli with salsa, then beans, onion, pepper, and top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
One serving is 1/8 of a pizza.

    Incredible!

    Very Good
    I used WW Boboli, black beans instead of kidney, and 2% Mexican Blend shredded cheese. I didn't even add the extra onion and pepper because I figured the salsa would have enough flavor. IT WAS AWESOME! Even my husband liked it, and he's so sick of beans...

    Incredible!
    I used a thin whole-wheat pizza crust and mixed the monterey jack with some 2% cheddar cheese. This pizza had a lot of flavor. Very tasty! - 2/11/08
