    Incredible!
I make this often. It is a wonderful dish. I made some today before I went to work and my co-wokers tried some and now they want my recipe. I also add spinach and garlic to mine and I do not use the cheese. - 2/22/11

Spagetti Squash is one of my favorites! I actually just throw mine whole in the oven with about an inch of water at the bottom for about an hour. I then just scrape out the inside and serve it with a little spray butter, parm and salt and pepper. Sooooo yummy! - 1/14/11

I love spaghetti squash, I always am excited when it comes in season again! I cook mine by cutting it in half and sprinkling with EVOO and some pepper. No water nessasary. I add this to other dished such as lasagna too kick up the nutritional value. - 5/12/09

I love spagetti squash as a substitute for pasta sometimes -- it's very tasty, although a bit of work. I found mine cooked faster than recommended above, though. - 4/12/08
