I absolutely loved this recipe, after reading the comments I was a little sceptical, although I've never actually tasted dogfood, but if this icing is an indication of how it tastes then their lucky pooches out there. It turned out amazing, but then again I can cook. Thank you for posting this. - 10/4/20

Delicious tastes like a Carmel Apple dip or Taffy apple salad I’ve had! The brown sugar does make it a more caramel Color than the image shows but with the right food pairing! I made this for a banana cake I was making, I searched for a cream cheese frosting without powdered sugar! My family love - 2/18/20

It is delicious, I substituted 1/2 the brown sugar for white so it wouldn't be overly sweet. My family loves this recipe - 12/24/19

Looking for something to go with my spur of the moment pumpkin muffins and didn't have any powdered sugar on hand. It was great with the muffins, but not for my waistline 😂 - 9/13/19

Worst thing that I have ever tasted. Absolutely horrible, tasted like bitter dog food and smelt like vomit. If you are thinking of making this recipe DON’T just don’t save yourself from the horror of this recipe - 5/19/19

    Good
I attempted to make this a couple of nights ago, and for the life of me can't figure out how to get mine to be white as the image is since it uses brown sugar. It was extremely sweet & rich, but I was using Splenda brown sugar and need to make some modifications. But it was good when using a little. - 1/25/16

This recipe is amazing just add a little bit of lime or lemon juice and it is like heaven. I forgot to let my cream cheese soften so I spent some time scraping the whisk. So make sure you don't do what I did - 1/5/14

This is an awesome recipe, I wondered if I would find something good since I had forgotten to get powdered sugar at the store. This recipe is by FAR my favorite. - 12/24/12
