Ingredients

    2 eggs beaten
    3/4 cup oatmeal uncooked
    1 lb ground beef
    2 Tbs A1 steak sauce
    1 tsp salt
    3/4 cup milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Divide into 8 equal parts and put into greased muffin tins.

Bake at 375 for 15 minutes

    I would add a bit of celery to the recipe and cover it with ketchup mixed with a bit of worchester sauce. Good basic recipe. I bake mine for 20 minutes. - 11/15/08

    I made this and my 8 year old said "this is the best dinner ever!" and he actually meant it!! My husband even said this was better than my family recipe. Needless to say, I will make this again, and I did add dry chopped onion, and it was delicious!! - 3/12/08

    A good, basic recipe. It definately needs onion, in my opinion, and a little something on top ( maybe some A 1 sauce? ). I used ground chicken, but next time, I'll splurge and use ground beef. I, too, love the tin idea - very nice! - 1/8/08
