You need to recalculate this recipe. It is more like 230 calories per serving. It does sound good but not so cheap on calories.

Delicious!!! Was really surprised since it is so simple. It is packed with flavor! I added 1/2 package of taco seasonings and shredded some grilled chicken. Might be a new favorite! - 3/7/08

    Incredible!
The whole family loved this dish! I added black beans and a little taco seasoning. I also threw in some shredded chicken. There was enough to feed my family of three for two days. - 2/24/08

    O.K.
Need to addsomething else to it. I will try again with black beans and chicken breast or ground turkey, ff cheese and sour cream, and salsa. I think that would be great - 1/13/08

Great!!! easy to make and loaded with flavor. Especially great on those days you want to splurge a little on other meals. I ate it for lunch with green beans and it was very filling and less than 100 calorie meal. - 1/11/08

Much better than I expected. The Rotel was nice and spicy! I added a cup of brown rice -- and it was very filling. - 1/8/08

    Incredible!
I had this at work and loved it! Finally I saved the recipe. I added chopped green onions to top it off with. What did that add...2 calories? - 11/22/07
