Ingredients

    For the CRUST, you'll need:

    - 100 grs. cottage cheese 1% Milkfat
    - 2tbsp flaxseeds
    - 3 egg whites
    - 1tsp baking powder
    - 1 packet of Stevia

    For the TOPPING, you'll need:

    - 0.3 cup of green pepper
    - 0.3 cup of red pepper
    - 0.1 cup of raw onion

    For the HOMEMADE TOMATO SAUCE, you'll need:

    - 0.4 of a whole tomato

Directions

Put all the crust ingredients in a bowl and mix them well; preheat the oven at 300F and put the mix into a bowl (not a deep one).

Cut all the topping ingredients and sautée them with a tsp of olive oil and put them aside.

Cut the tomato into dieces and sautée all them quickly with a tsp of olive oil, them, put it into a blender and blend it, put it aside.

Once the crust is done, spread the homemade tomato sauce and put all the veggies on the top; spread a bit of basil of you want to and ENJOY IT!.
