Ingredients
-
1 tub of Cool Whip Free (the smaller tub not the giant one)
1 package of Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix (Fat Free and Sugar Free)
Directions
Mix one package of the pudding mix with one tub of Cool Whip (I like to use a seperate bowl). You can use an electric mixer, a whisk or a fork. Mix to desired consistency. It should look like whipped butter but you can make it thicker if you like. Refrigerate OR serve immediately.
Dip your favorite fruits in this mix. I like to use strawberries, apples and bananas but anything is possible depending on your own tastes. I have also used banana pudding mix for something different and it tastes very good too.

This gets a five for flavor and ease. Could you get any easier? I used cheesecake SF/FF pudding. After whipping with a mixer, the consistency is quite thick - almost spread. Got rave reviews at a party. Could have continued to look like a gourmet hereo, but had to share - it's too good not to! - 1/23/11

Strange texture, but yummy regardless.
HELPFUL HINT: After it is all mixed up, don't store it in the freezer like you would Cool Whip. Put it in the fridge - 9/7/09

The texture changes the longer you mix it and depending on what you mix it with...it's going to be much creamier (looking like a tub of butter) if you use an electric mixer on it for a while.
