Excellent! I used powdered ginger and crushed cloves of garlic. I forgot to put the onion in but didn't change anything else. I could see this as good marinate for grilled chicken as well. This marinade is a keeper!

So amazing and DELICIOUS! i used regular pork chops instead of thin sliced. I doubled the marinade but it still wasn't enough soil I had to triple it. Other than that, soooo good! - 2/25/21

You might want to make more and use this for more than just 3 pork chops, as long as you are grilling anyway. Get more out of it for your trouble. - 4/11/20

Definitely skip adding salt in this one if you're going to use soy sauce. I just put the soy sauce out for anyone who wanted to add it. Great recipe! This would definitely be good w/chicken. - 3/30/18

This was so easy and delicious! I didn't have time for a marinade so I simply poured it over pork and simmered on low until cooked. Since I have to feed a large family, I quadrupled the sauce recipe and added a 1/4 cup of water. Great! - 10/29/09

Delicious! I omitted the salt & dice onion and added Adobo Seasoning & Chili Powder. Pan fried them until brown in little bit of oil. Covered Lid on 2nd side of Chops to let the juices thicken and served w/sofritos & Sason brown rice. Mix in Stringbeans w/pork chop juice & serve w/meal. Yummy! - 4/6/08

I tried these they were really good. I served them with brown rice and grilled mushrooms and onions with lite soy sauce. I also added a Tablespoon of honey to the marinade to make it a little sweeter - 2/12/08
