    2 Tbsp Rice Protein Powder
    1 egg

    Whisk together & thin to pancake batter consistency with milk or water.

    Add cinnamon, stevia, nutmeg or cocoa if desired

Tips

I make peanut butter sandwiches with these for a carry-along snack

Mix and fry in hot, lightly greased, skillet

    5 Stars, Great taste and very easy to prépare. I used 2 tablespoons powder protein, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon almond milk. Absolutely delishous and still low cal and bariatric friendly. - 8/1/15
