Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    *Barilla PLUS Thin Spaghetti 1/8 box 2oz, 4 serving (half the box)
    *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 10 oz
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray.
Cook the ground turkey in a non stick skillet (with optional chopped onlon and green pepper).
Cook the spaghetti noodles.
Stir together the spaghetti noodles, sauce, ricotta, and cooked turkey.
Place in prepared casserole dish.
Sprinkle parmesan on top.
Bake for 30 min.

    used hunts mushroom spaghetti sauce only 45 cal per serving, added oregano, and parsley. Used mozarella cheese and reduced fat cheedar. Also, used Organic spaghetti and turkey Kielbasa - 4/27/09
