Tasted good. It was a mild, but full flavor. Would be easy to modify with more spices if you wanted. The rice just soaks up the flavor.

very easy to make. I took users advice and added more seasoning. I used Mrs. Dash Table Blend and Italian Seasoning Blend plus I added rosemerry. I added all these in the boiling process and rubbed onto the pork chop. very good! - 4/13/09

This was excellent. I left out the celery, just because I don't like it. The chops were super tender! My family liked it too. And it was great for a leftover lunch the next day! - 9/26/08

My rice was a little soggy, so I may cut back on the water next time. But the flavor was really good. - 8/25/08

My son thought the pork chops were incredible. He likes tender meat. The rice turned out fine. For me it was a little bland it needs some more spice and seasonings added. - 3/30/09

I thought the rice was too mushy. The chops came out tender but tasted bland. Could work better with some doctoring up. - 4/23/08

This was excellent! I'm not a huge fan of pork chops generally, but this was fantastic. Loved by all. I will definitely make it again. Oh, and I used brown rice and it worked great. - 1/30/08

Thanks for posting. This gave me an idea for a meal & it is in the oven now. Omitted the celery & used a canned onion soup for the water & bouillion along with different spices (thyme & Mrs. Dash original) on a garden veg. rice. Sorry to change this so much, but you did help by posting. Thanks. - 8/9/12

This was good, but I took the advice of others and added more seasonings. I used the Mrs Dash Bold on the pork and a mixture of Italian seasoning and basil in the broth. - 7/5/10

Pork Chops were very moist and delicious. Used brown rice instead of white. The calorie count for a serving showed up for less than 1 cup of brown rice. Is there any way to fix the incorrect calories. - 6/29/10

This was really good! I did add some extra spcies (a little rosemary and garlic powder sprinkled on the porkchops while they were browning), but it was very tasty. The rice was awesome! We will be making this again. - 2/19/10

A great meal. Although I didn't have celery so I omitted it and substituted chicken broth for the chicken granules. Also, did'nt brown the chops with olive oil just layed the chops over the rice and let it cook with the steam..And it was very tender this way. - 11/5/09

A good base to take off from, and make a great meal! Next time I'm going to use a little less rice (cooking for two), and load up the veggies. I made it with broccoli instead of celery. :) - 10/16/09

The family loved it! This was my first success at creating a rice dish in the oven. I added some extra onion italian seasoning, and a can of corn. This is now moving to my favorite recipe list. - 10/7/09

Think the nutritional info is correct with the rice added? Carbs and cal seem low...

This was pretty good, a little on the salty side but I like how it lends itself well to adjusting to whatever you feel like or have in the pantry/spice rack. I'll make it again with some tweaks.
