Ingredients

    4 Medium Potatoe (peeled and chopped)
    4 Tbs. chopped onion
    Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Heat Sprayed Skillet on medium heat. Add potatoes and onions. Spray with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter several times (10 times?)
Season with salt and pepper. Cover pan. Stir occasionally. I potatoes start to stick add a little water and stir. When potatoes and onions are tender they are done and ready to serve!
Can add chopped green or red pepper before cooking for a different flavor.

    but found out that parkay butter spray has no fat grams and no calories used it instead of i can't belive it's not butter. - 3/6/08

    Very Good
    These were good. I used less oil and used unsalted chicken broth in its place. I also partially cooked the potatoes in the microwave to speed up the cooking of the potatoes. - 1/26/12

    adding the peppers do make it better, though very good as is. To really make it decadent, add the fat free cheese on top at the last moment and let it melt. Very yummy....

    also adding squash from the garden makes it even better. A good way to get three veggies in at once.
