Ingredients

    6 tbsp. oat bran
    2 tbsp. cinnamon
    2 large eggs
    5 tbsp. nonfat plain yogurt
    1 tspn. baking powder
    1/3 cup Splenda

    Mix all dry ingredients. Add eggs and yogurt and mix until smooth. Spray 6 cup muffin tin with butter flavored spray. Divide mixture evenly in cups. Bake @ 350 for 15 to 18 minutes.

    Easy to make. The muffins were moist and soft. As a personal preference I cut the cinnamon amount in half and added 1 tbsp. of vanilla. I love these and will continue to make them and add different flavors like orange and coconut. - 1/19/15

    Delicious and so easy to make. Even my non-dieting husband likes them! They come out soft and moist on the inside, and a little crispy on the outside. Yummy :-) - 12/9/12

    These muffins are SO good! I had no luck with other Dukanian pastries. These are great for breakfast or dessert. If your on PP for Dukan, skip the butter spray. - 11/4/12

    So easy to make. I've made then a few times changing it a bit each time. This time I used brown sugar Splenda and just 1T of cinnamon plus 1T of unsweetened cocoa powder. Yummy! - 7/15/16

    Is the recipe supposed to read 2 TEASPOONS of cinnamon instead of 2 TABLESPOONS? I used the 2 tablespoons as listed and unfortunately the muffins are inedible. What a shame.
