This is the first recipe my daughter and I have tried off of Sparks and it was sooooo goooood! It really doesn't taste like a low-fat low-cal recipe and it was really easy to make! I will for sure make this again! - 3/22/10

I hadn't really added Meatloaf to the dinner menu...but this was so easy, low fat-low cal-low carb that I gave it a shot. My family loved it. We now have it about once a week & the family eats it up every single time. Thanks! - 2/2/09

This the first successful meatloaf I have made in years, the very first time it didn't fall apart after cutting. Loved it. - 6/6/11

Definitely tasty and easy to make. Even my red-meat addicted boyfriend went back for seconds. Might try adding a few different things next time - as this recipe is a great base for trying different ingredients! - 6/8/09

I made this meatloaf today. It was really good and also very filling for a serving. I cut mine in 4ths like 4 squares. My husband even ate some! I couldn't believe it. I was tired of the same rut. This perked up my taste for trying new recipes again. A winner for my family. - 5/31/15
