I'm going to try this with salsa instead of ketchup, see how it goes. Then top over rice and have cheese and tomatoes and other taco things to top it off. I'll let you know how it goes! - 8/2/11

    Incredible!
This was so yummy! I was very hesitant in trying it at first, but put it in the crock pot for 8 hours on low and let it do it's work. It came out so good I will definitely be making this at least once a month! - 8/24/09

    Bad
I was excited to try such an easy recipe with my favorite soda, but this was honestly the grossest thing I have cooked in a long time. I tried doctoring it up with garlic powder, onions, soy sauce, brown sugar, but nothing worked. Maybe because I used regular ketchup? Guess it just isn't for me. - 3/24/08

I got this recipe when I attended Weight Watchers. It' so easy and and excellent receipe for my husband who is diabetic. We have also made it with very lean hamburger patties (pre cooked) as well as pork tenderloin, and pork steaks - 2/9/08
