Limes, lemons, and oranges are equally delicious in this tea. Adjust the sweetness as desired.
Like lavender? Add a sprig or two to this tea for a burst of floral freshness.

Directions

I liked the tea, but am not sure about the lavender. It is one of my favorite aromas.....but not while I am drinking it. - 6/26/12

i am glad i only made a half batch so that i only wasted 99 cents on an orange and 3 tea bags.
yuch! bitter! soapy! (i think it tastes how yardleys lavender soap smells)
but it made the house smell good. 3 hours later i can still smell the lavender

I have found that if you squeeze the tea bag that makes it bitter. Just remove don't squeeze.

    Incredible!
I did mine as sun tea (don't have a big enough pan to boil the water). I love oranges in tea & lavender is one of my favorites.
One has to really like lavender to use it in food & drink, plus that's an optional ingredient so unless you really like it, add to one glass and try it or leave out. =)

That is WAY too long to steep tea, even for iced tea! And refrigerate up to a week? Iced tea made fresh like this is good for two days tops, really only 24 hours. Unless you're entire family is going to drink this, you're better off making it by the cup. - 7/31/14

I am growing Lavender in my front yard. I was wonder what to do with it. It sounds like a nice tea. I might try it. I do drink tea, but I make so many home made foods that I try not to overload myself. Thanks - 8/5/12

steep the tea for 30 minutes? I can't stand it when it gets bitter after steeping too long. If I make this I will make the tea in the fridge - steep it overnight - then maybe boil the lavender and fruit and add it. - 7/12/12

I am certain this will taste very good I got some lavender candy recently out of curiosity. It was a different but not unpleasant sensation. - 6/26/12
