Ingredients

    9-11 oz Water
    1 1/2 tsp. Salt
    2 Tbsp. Honey
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
    2/3 cup Oatmeal
    3 1/4 cup Bread Flour
    2 tsp. Yeast

Tips

I didn't put the bread machine time or the times that the bread will be rising, I calculate 3 1/2 hours from start to finish.

Directions

Put in bread machine in order given for 2-pound loaf or mix on dough cycle. Cut dough into half, let rise in 2 loaf pans or put into one pan for 25 min. or until double.
Bake at 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
Makes 2 1-lb loaves or 1 2-lb loaf.

Serving Size: 24 3/8 inch pieces

    Incredible!
I added 1/4 cup sunflower kernels and all the other ingredients to my machine last night and set the timer so we would have fresh bread in the morning. It made such a pretty loaf, high and a wonderful color. It got me a grateful kiss from the hubby. Delicious! - 1/15/18

    Incredible!
Awesome with the oatmeal that it calls for, but if i substitute the oatmeal for All Bran cereal, then it's just like my Grandma's home made bread that she'd been making since coming to Canada in 1930! Happy tears with fond memories. <3 Yes, food can do that! :) - 1/11/16
