Ingredients

    9 Chicken Breast Tenders
    2 tbsp margarine
    1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
    1 tbsp oregano
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Place chicken breast tenders in a large skillet, add margarine, cover, and simmer on medium high heat until the edges of the chicken begin to cook. Turn chicken as needed to cook both sides. When the edges are all white but before cooking all of the way through remove the lid and add the remaining ingredients. Portions are listed here but season to taste. Cut chicken into bite sized chunks as it cooks. Continue to stir over medium heat until chicken is completely cooked, the other ingredients have coated the chicken, and there is no more "sauce" in the skillet as you stir.

Makes 3 servings which are the equivalent of 3 tenders each.

    Incredible!
This recipe is wonderful and very, very easy! Note: do not use shredded parmesan cheese from a bag. It does not melt very well. Definitely use the parmesan cheese you have to grate yourself. Can't wait to make this again! - 1/20/09

This was pretty good although my family didn't care for it. I would make it for myself though. - 7/28/08
