Very good and tasty, too. I was dying for some Stroganoff. HOWEVER, it isn't all that low cal and if you are also on another weight watcher plan, this racks up 11 pts. Use it as a treat, not a mainstay in your diet dinner rotation. Other posters have given some great ideas for tweaking cals. - 8/10/08

This was very good. I doubled the recipe, used fat free sour cream and added garlic salt and Worchestshire sauce. I also used half whole wheat noodles and half regular to satisfy my hubby. Next time I will use all whole wheat. My husband and son both loved it and the 3 of us ate the 4 servings! - 2/11/09

I always buy extra lean hamburger and cook it on a george forman grill which lets all the fat of the meat drip off before adding it to anything i'm making the fat content listed per serving is a little outrageous if you are purchasing lean burger and draining the fat off... I will make this.. - 2/3/08

I have a question. Cuddlesuk says you have to keep our daily total fat grams under 30 in order to lose weight. But my Sparkpage says I can have between 32-56 grams of fat per day. Nutritionists say keep your daily fat intake at or under 30% of your total calories. That isn't the same thing. - 2/2/08
