Ingredients

    4 or 5 chicken breasts
    2 c. BBQ sauce recipe or store bought
    BBQ sauce:
    1 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
    1 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Simmer ingredients for BBQ sauce for 15 minutes in a small sauce pan. Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker, pour sauce ingredients over chicken. Stir to make sure chicken is coated with sauce. Cook on medium for 6-8 hours.

    my boyfriend and i love this recipe. we sometimes shred it to put on buns and other times just serve a whole breast and have veggies and mashed potatoes with it. ive made this a ton. either with store bought bbq sauce or my own homemade. i actually have it cooking for tonight. excited to have it. - 2/25/13
