Awesome! I didn't have sour cream so I used Fat Free Blue Cheese dressing. It was phenominal! I would make it again. Perhaps try it with the sour cream too. - 1/12/10

This turned out pretty well. The smell was amazing. My first shot at cooking fish, so I think I could make it better by experimenting with other types of fish. - 1/29/09

My hubby and I were looking for a good recipe for pollock, and we found it! Thank you, we will be making this at least once a week from now on. It's simple, tasty and low calorie and fat! It's perfect! - 10/6/08

No sour cream. Substituted Great Value Strawberry Yogurt (of all things!) It was still very palletable. Pretty good considering. Suggest Greek Yogurt would really be good instead of Sour Cream. - 3/1/12
