Only people who try a recipe should rate it. If you don't like (or wouldn't use) one or more of the ingredients, the world doesn't need to know about it. If it doesn't sound good to you, just find one that does. - 7/29/08

This is very tasty! The maple flavour is subtle and not too sweet, just delicious. I added broccoli and celery, and a little bit of soy sauce. I could have even put more garlic in, but we are true garlic lovers. It was very fast and easy to make and I would absolutely make it again! - 5/16/10

This made a great lunch today. I used oil instead of butter, brown rice instead of white, and sugar-free maple syrup just a touch. It was yummy, my diabetic hubby loved it! It was the sweetness that caught his taste buds. It was the tofu and veggies that I love best. Excellant recipe, thank you - 7/28/08

It doesn't appeal to me, but I don't think using one tablespoon of maple syrup is so bad. I find for me it isn't useful to demonize any food. I would increase veggies and use brown rice and canola oil. I think the nutrients provided are a good buy for the number of calories. - 5/28/08

Surely the whole point is to train your taste buds to require less sweetness! I know maple syrup has its place and is not as bad as some sugars, however the emphasis in the description is on the sweetness of the dish - this IS NOT GOOD! - 5/27/08
