    Very Good
I was looking for a recipe to increase my 3-year old's fiber intake. This one is the winner! These are super easy and tasty...and not dry. I used whole eggs and omitted the splenda. Much thanks for a good recipe! - 1/12/13

    These are very YUMMY!!!
I had to cook them for about 5 minutes longer in my oven. The best I've had in awhile for the calories.

    Incredible!
Really easy to make - even easier to eat! I followed the recipe almost exactly but left out the Splenda and used whole eggs rather than just whites. Made 24 mini muffins and 12 'mid-sized' muffins. Very moist and tasty muffins ready in 35 minutes. Great! - 10/21/08
