Ingredients

    StarHist Solid White Tuna ( 6oz can = 5 oz tuna), 10 oz (remove)
    Celery, raw, .33 cup, diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mt. Olive Sweet Relish, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Miracle Whip, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Gia Russa Whole Wheat Penne Pasta, 1.33 cup (dry)
    Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet (remove)

Directions

Makes 8 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup servings
cook pasta for about 8 mins. then cool and place in bowl with rest of ingredients and mix well.
best if ref. 3 to 4 hrs before serving.

    I did not have Celery which would have been great in this, so I just used shallots. Very nice. I also cut out the Mircle Whip and used regular low fat mayo - 5/11/10

    .33 cup is same as 1/3 cup

    I used medium shells, haven't got used to whole grain pasta yet. I also use chopped bell peppers and boiled and chopped eggs. Yours is much healthier than mine but it sure is good. - 2/27/08
