Introduction

You can use leftover cooked turkey or chicken. I used whole milk and soup, but you can use skim or low fat for lower calories and fat. You can add 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Ingredients

    10 oz.. Fresh or Frozen Broccoli, steamed or cooked
    4 servings (16 oz.?) Cooked Turkey Slices or Chunks (depending on your carving skill
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (or Cream of Chicken or Celery)
    1/3 cup Milk
    1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional, not included in nutrition calculation)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place broccoli in baking dish (approx. 8 x 8) and arrange turkey on top.

Mix soup and milk and pour over turkey.

Sprinkle with cheese (optional).

Bake about 15 minutes (until sauce is bubbly or hot)

    instead of layering the ingredients, i just mixed them all together in a bowl before putting them in the dish. i also sauteed some mushrooms and put them over the top. so good (and i don't like broccoli!!) - 2/8/12

    It was good! I wouldn't use fat free milk if I make the recipe again because I think it took the richness out of the taste. The steamed brocoli, turkey and mushroom soup was a nice combo for sure. Very easy to prepare and great for using leftover turkey. - 2/15/10

    the family doesn't like broccoli, I used frozen mixed veggies instead, added cheese and bread crumbs on top. Will make again, great for leftovers. - 12/9/08
