Introduction
This was SO EASY to make! AND delicious!!! This was SO EASY to make! AND delicious!!!Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
-
Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup
Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1 cup, shredded
*Alfredo - Classico Four Cheese, 0.25 cup
Hormel Pepperoni (15 Pepperoni), 1.5 serving
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
*Onion powder, 1 tsp
*1/4 tsp garlic salt, 1 serving
Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1 cup, shredded
Directions
In a large glass bowl grate the raw cauliflower with a cheese grater. Then, cook in the microwave for about 4 min. (I chose the "baked potato" button)
- add one cup of shredded mozzarella and stir (it will melt in a bit. Then, add the egg and mix that. Add in the onion powder and oregano. Stir for about 30 seconds. This will all stick together.
- on a cookie sheet, place parchment paper to cover sheet and spray non-stick cooking spray generously (I used a well seasoned stone and didn't need parchment paper or oil - it still stuck around the edges and I had to pry it up w/ a spatula, but once the edges were up, it was perfect)
- Plop the "dough" onto the parchment paper and spread out (I just used my clean hands) and flatten toward the edges. Try to get as thin as possible and don't leave any holes.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 450 in preheated oven. (don't pull out too soon - it will be browned nicely when done)
- add your toppings and put back in the oven for about 2-3 min on HIGH BROIL.
Let sit for a couple of minutes and enjoy just like real pizza!!!
Serving Size: Makes about 8 small pieces - 2/person
