    Very Good
This tasted great, but I'm taking off a star because the cook temp and time would lead to VERY dry chicken with my oven and the chicken breasts I use. I baked it at 425 for 18 minutes (I usually do 15, but added a few minutes since they were rolled up) and it was perfect. I use a meat thermometer. - 5/21/21

I haven't tried it yet, but I intend to. The recipe sounds great, but I am confused, did you mean 4 breasts? - 11/20/19

    Incredible!
This was a super simple recipe and it was immediately added to my weekly rotation. I cooked it in my electric skillet in no time, and only used salt +pepper for seasoning. I absolutely loved this dish! - 9/18/17

    Incredible!
The next time I make these again, I may add a little bit of paprika for some color. Still tastes great, even with low-fat mild cheddar cheese. - 11/8/14
