I will make this again everyone enjoyed it. I made this but didn't have the zesty dressing and I'm sure that would have made the flavor better. - 10/20/08

I didn't shred the cabbage finely enough I guess, and it took forever for it to cook through; I ended up adding a bit of water to it to help it cook through. I also found it to be very bland with just the one seasoning packet, and added some garlic and onion powder, and italian seasoning as well. - 7/18/13

Just finished dinner and it was DELISH! Didn't have the Italian dressing mix so I improvised with Garlic infused olive oil, a splash of balsamic vinegar, basil, oregano, garlic salt and a few dashes of tabasco for kick. Also used ground turkey. Everyone loved it! Will make this one again. - 1/31/12

I love this! Great recipe. I remember my mom making Cabbage Rolls when I was a kid. This is so much easier and quicker, with no sacrificing of taste. Will definately make again! - 1/24/12

I added two packets of seasoning, which I think helped the taste quite a bit. Overall, great recipe! - 6/4/11

This recipe was awesome. My kids loved it. I left out the Italian seasoning and used my own seasoning. I added chopped garlic, chopped pablano pepper, and lemon zest. Will definitely make again! - 9/9/10

Flavor was better than I expected. Loved the extra seasoning from the Italian dressing mix. We made it with turkey burger instead of beef. - 5/3/10

My husband and I had this last night for supper and we thought it was really good...it would also be good filler in a bell pepper...stuffed pepper! VERY GOOD! - 8/25/08

I will definitely make this again! I only had Italian seasoning not Zesty and I added some crushed garlic and some extra spices. It does not look extremely appealing but one bite changes your mind. I LOVE that this is filling and low in calories. I will make more and freeze for quick lunches. - 7/27/08

    O.K.
I found this to be very bland - maybe if you added salsa instead of crushed tomatoes or ??? It needs some additional flavor. - 4/14/08

I'm making this for dinner tonight. I like stuffed cabbage. I've always wanted to know how to make it and this recipe sounds good. but I'm going to use ground turkey instead of the beef because that's what I have on hand. - 3/31/08
