    Incredible!
The whole family just loved it. I have been experimenting with meatless dishes because my son's new girlfriend doesn't like meat. This has been the best one yet! - 5/28/08

This was great! My whole family liked it, even without a meat. I have made it about twice a month and it will become a staple in my recipe collection - 5/27/08

Very good but didn't make 8 servings in my house. I made it into 4 servings and it was still a dinner under 400 calories. I would make this again, even the kids loved it. - 4/24/08
