Ingredients

    4 c flour
    1 large egg
    2 3/4 cups of skim milk
    3 lbs of chicken breast.

Directions

Boil 3lbs of chicken breast. until done.Cut up chicken or tear in to bite size peices. Mix 1 egg, 2 cups skim milk together then add flour a little at a time until very stiff. Put on pastry board or table coated with flour cover both side with flour then roll out onto a pastry broard or table until very thin using a floured rolling pin. Cut into small slices about 1 in put into boiling water with chicken cook until tender. When done add 3/4 cup of milk. Add salt to taste.
