Ingredients

    1 cup nonfat yogurt
    1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
    2 garlic clove, crushed
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    fresh ground pepper

Directions



Combine all ingredients and mix well;chill.

a serving = 2 Tablespoons

    Very good! Only comment is that when using nonfat greek yogurt - which I did - it is not a dressing that can be used on the "side". It is very thick and would be better tossed into the salad before serving. Delicious, though! Thanks! - 3/25/09
