    Good
the flavor was good but was the chicken supposed to get mushy after being grilled. I have never had this happen before. It's almost as if the vinegar broke down the chicken. - 6/23/12

    Incredible!
I doubled the marinade recipe, cut up 6 large chicken breasts and marinated them pieces for about 6 hours. Then I made Kabobs and grilled them. Delicious!! It was a huge hit with my family and a definite repeat. - 6/9/11

    Very Good
I really liked this. I used my kitchen shears to cut the chicken into 3-pieces so I could put it on skewers and then grilled it. I took the remaining marinade and boiled it to reduce it and used it as a dipping sauce. Also subbed wheat-free soy sauce since my husband is a celiac. - 8/16/10

I made this less the ginger powder I didn't have and it was awesome. The chicken was very juice and well flavored. - 2/25/10

I'd love to try this recipe however, I was wondering why one would calculate all the marinade calories as consumable calories when you don't actually "eat" the marinade. - 9/11/09

This is really tasty! Thanks for sharing. I used Agave syrup instead of honey. I used fresh pineapple, so I had to crush up some pinepple to make the juice. Instead of soy sauce, I used Organic Tamari (wheat free soy sauce). And I left out the ginger powder, because I didn't have any. - 9/9/09

Fantastic. I did this on my indoor grill and it was amazing. It's a nice change from boring old plain grilled chicken. I served this with a side of steamed sweet potatos, with a drizzle of honey. - 3/12/09

This was amazing! I didn't use all of the cayenne pepper it calls for, but it did NOT lack flavor. Planning on using this one often. - 8/5/08

I have a teriyaki recipe simalar to this. I didn't have any cider vinegar, however, so I used cream sherry instead. Very Good!! I did marinate for 24 hours in a zip lock bag in the fridge. - 7/20/08
