    Very Good! I substituted EggBeaters for the egg & mixed the Salsa right in with the egg before cooking.
    I'm going to try making a batch of these and freezing them for quick breakfasts. That did work for me once before.

    i loved the breakfast burrit. i made this and will most def. make it again. i replaced the bacon bits with a slice of cooked bacon though, and excluded the cheese but it was deelishis.:]thanks - 5/8/08
