    Incredible!
I made this tonight and it was delicious. Sort of new to portions though and wasn't sure what 1/2 a fillet amounted to in oz. Think I went over. Very easy. I did dip the meaty side of the fillet in the mixture then placed it skin down in a baking dish and baked with lid on. Perfectly flakey! - 4/4/08

    Incredible!
I really enjoyed this. I didn't have parsley so I switched that with Basil and Oregano. Was very easy to make and came out delicious. I think this will be my new staple salmon recipe - 3/19/08

    Good
The directions were a little vague so I put it in the oven uncovered for the first 10 minutes. When it was looking dry I covered it and cooked it for another 10. I also put the fillets in skin side down but flipped them over once before doing that so the meat would get some of the mixture on them. - 1/8/08
