Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 48 oz (3 lb)
    Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 1 serving
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped very tiny
    KC Masterpiece Classic Blend, 2 tbsp
    A1 steak Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    weight watchers sandwich rolls, 10 serving

Directions

pre heat grill (put tin foil over bars)
mix all ingredients (except buns) in a big bowl, make 10 hamburgers (6 ounces each ) once grill is hot cook on one side about 15 minutes, flip cook another 15 minutes or until done, put on bun and enjoy :)

    usually I dont add the bun, but thought well we like the weight watchers breads so might as well just add it so its easy whenever we want to eat it.

    Im learning to love every thing made with ground turkey! its so much better for us and with the right seasonings tastes as good (or at least I got used to it LOL) glad everyone enjoyed it :)

    I haven't made this, but I would think that the onion soup mix would be loaded with salt and not be all that healthy. - 6/5/08

    your only adding one serving and its not to bad, omit if your worried about sodium :) my fiancee has high blood pressure and they dont raise his blood pressure (I have low lol)

    thanks, we have them at least once a month, they fill us up and I used to make these with hamburger till spark and cant believe I even like turkey burgers hehe

    maybe you could try to make it with soy? dont see soy in the grocery store here but as a kid I had soyburgers and they were good.
