Ingredients

    1 tsp Ground Ginger
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/3 cup of soy sauce
    1/3 cup of orange juice
    1/4 cup of honey
    1 green onion chopped
    4 - 4oz fillets of salmon

Directions

In a large self closing bag, combine the first six ingredients and mix well. Add salmon and seal the bag allowing the marinade to distribute evenly over the salmon. Refrigerate for 30 mins

Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate

Grill for 12-15 mins per inch of thickness or until fish flakes with a fork
