Introduction

1/4 cup Shredded coconut, Half cup pistachio, Half cup almonds, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 12 dates, and a sprinkle of Craisins on top :) 1/4 cup Shredded coconut, Half cup pistachio, Half cup almonds, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 12 dates, and a sprinkle of Craisins on top :)

Ingredients

    2 serving Pistachios, Wonderful 1.5 oz. roasted and salted
    0.5 cup whole kernels Almonds, dry roasted (salt added)
    2 serving Dates (Sun Date California Pitted; 5-6 dates)
    1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    8 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened
    0.25 serving Craisins 100 Calorie Pack, Ocean Spray Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor, blend everything together (except Craisins you put on top), put wax paper in a 8 x 8 container, Press blended ingredients into container, put toppings on top (Craisins), place in freezer for 20 minutes, take out and cut eight rectangle bars, place each bar in a plastic bag with wax paper, keep in fridge till ready to eat :) Serving Size: Makes 8 bars in 8x8 container
