Introduction

This recipe was given to me by a co-worker. My husband loved it. It is one that you can put together for a dinner party and impress those that are hard to please. The aroma while cooking is delightful! This recipe was given to me by a co-worker. My husband loved it. Both me and the hubby LOVED it! He even ate the onions. Can't wait to try a variety of salsas. We did use a bit more for only 3 fillets but we topped a bit of rice with it too. Thank you for sharing. - 3/25/10

Recipe was quick and very light. I used a medium salsa to give the flavor a little kick, because the recipe can be bland. - 7/8/08

OMG-- soooo good- I love this website!! I marinated the Talapia in lemon juice, terayaki sauce then put it in the oven with the onions and salsa and pepper- the last few minutes, I put the light mozz cheese on top and served it over brown rice-- what a nice, light dinner!! thank you!! - 8/7/12

Easy to make and tasted great. I used spray PAM and deleted the onions because my salsa had onions in it. I will definitely make this recipe again. - 5/8/09
