Introduction

It's always better to do it yourself than open a box! It's always better to do it yourself than open a box!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground hamburger (extra lean is better, if you can get it)
    1 egg white
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
    1 tsp ground mustard seed
    2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
    1/4 cup onion, minced

Directions

1. Mix all of the above ingredients together in a big bowl.

2. Shape the meat into round patties. You should be able to get 6.

3. Grill until cooked through.

4. Food your tummy!
