    Incredible!
Great idea. I used the ready made polenta tube you get in the refrigerator section of the store. I also baked the polenta awhile to crisp before adding the sauce and cheese. It was a hit with the whole family. - 4/29/11

serving size and ingredient list of polenta are confusing. One half cup or one half inch round or six rounds? Once that is figured out I'm sure the dish is marvelous. - 4/30/10

A very yummy dish! We loved it for dinner. I ended up going for double the serving - which made it a satisfying dinner by itself. YUM! - 6/18/09

    Incredible!
WOW. This was an amazing meal! It was the first time I've eaten polenta, so that could have something to do with it too ;) The polenta had an amazing texture, and the sauce (Newman's Own Marainara) was divine. All of the flavors blended perfectly. I will definitely be making this again and again! - 3/19/09
