Make sure you undercook the pasta a little as it cooks more in the oven. But this is really good and really satisfying! - 7/4/07

If you are having any trouble with the cottage cheese giving off lots of liquid toss it with a TBL or two of flour and perhaps beaten egg. - 12/17/10

instead of garlic powder-humidity made it clump, I used minced garlic and added fresh basil from my garden instead of parsley. Hubby said I could make it for him at least twice a month. He loved it and I found it fun to make. - 9/15/12

This was definitely quick and easy and enjoyable, but a little bland. I made my pasta sauce from scratch to flavor it up a bit, but I think perhaps some garlic, red pepper flakes and add veggies might spice it up! :) - 3/16/11

We all enjoyed this dish. I cut the recipe in half ... with just the 3 of us it still gives leftovers. I couldn't find Ziti pasta at Kroger's, but found it at a local Fresh Market. - 4/18/09
