Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups water
    2 tablespoons margarine
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order recommended by your manufacturer. Use regular light setting.
Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf. or 12 slices

    big hit with the family, got a bread maker from a yard sale a year ago wasnt sure it even worked, but after i found this recipe i decided to clean it well and hook it up, first loaf went quick with company over, doubled the recipe for the loaf in now. much better then store bought bread love it - 12/18/09
