Ingredients

    2 lbs lean stew meat
    2 envelopes Lipton onion soup mix
    2 (10 1/2 oz) cans 98% fat free mushroom soup
    1 cup red wine (or beef broth)
    2 (8 oz) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
    4 cups cooked rice

Directions

Mix all ingredients (except rice) in crockpot. Cook 6-8 hours on low. Serve over rice or noodles.

    Incredible!
    I used a top sirloin roast and hand cubed it myself. Then I seared the meat without any additional fat or oil in a large cast iron skillet. De-glazed the pan with the wine then cooked the mushrooms before adding them to the crock pot. Turned out so good my husband is raving about it. - 1/28/15
