Ingredients

    1 Banana (with peel removed)
    1 small Flour Tortilla
    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    3 tsp Granulated Sugar
    2 scoops (1/2 c) Frozen Yogurt--vanilla
2 TB Hershey's SF Chocolate Syrup
    1/2 TB Honey
    2 TB Lite Cool Whip

Directions

Spray a small non-stick skillet with zero calorie Pam and place over med heat.

In a zip-lock bag, combine sugar and cinnamon. Shake to mix well. Set aside.

In the preheated pan, lightly cook the whole banana for approx 1 minute (turning to heat all sides). Remove from pan and pat with paper towel.

Add 2 TB of any light-colored oil (ie: canola) to pan and tilt to coat. Allow oil to preheat until small ripples form.

While oil is heating, wrap the Tortilla around the Banana and set aside.

On a small serving plate, place 2 scoops of Vanilla Frozen Yogurt to one side. Sprinkle lightly with the Cinnamon-Sugar mix.

When oil is ready, carefully place the rolled-up Banana in the pan. Allow the tortilla to cook just until crisp and light golden brown. Turn to cook all sides. Remove from heat and pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with Cinnamon-Sugar mix and place on serving plate along-side icecream/yogurt.

Drizzle with the honey and chocolate syru; dollop with Cool Whip. Serve immediately.

Sounds yummy, but you forgot to add the oil to the ingredients list. That would add about 120 Calories per serving. - 8/27/08
