"Real" Key lime pie with fat free sweetened condensed milk "Real" Key lime pie with fat free sweetened condensed milk
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1 can Fat free Sweetened Condensed Milk
    1/3 cup key lime juice
    1 prepared Graham Cracker pie crust
    Fat free whopped topping

Directions

Makes 1 pie, 8 servings
Preheat oven to 375
Beat with mixer, 3 eggs, lime juice and can of condensed milk until it increases in volume.
Pour into prepared pie crust.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Top with fat free whipped topping.

    I made this and it was very good. But even the fat free condensed milk still has high carbs and sugar. It was really good and I also used egg whites only. Hubby loved it! Thank you! - 11/5/08
