Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 Lb. Whole Wheat Ziti or Rigatoni
    1/2 Pkg. Toffutti Better than Cream Cheese
    2 C. Organic Pasta Sauce
    4 Serving Follow Your Heart Vegan Mozzerella Cheese
    1 1/2 C. Morningstar Grillers Recipe Crumbles
    4 tsp. Nutritional Yeast

Directions

Boil pasta according to directions, strain and do not rinse.
While pasta is boiling mix cream cheese, sauce and nutritional yeast together in bowl (i left a few small chunks of cream cheese to immitate riccotta)
In a casserole dish combine Morningstar Crumbles and hot pasta.
Add sauce and top with grated Mozzerella and salt and pepper to taste.. I also added a little crushed red pepper..

Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes
uncover and place under broiler until cheese melts.

    We really enjoyed this. I used Teese Cheese Mozarella instead of Follow Your Heart and reduced the calories by 20 and the fat by 2.25 grams. - 1/16/09
