I LOVE this recipe! I can't even count the number of times I've cooked it. It freezes great, so I usually double the recipe and freeze individual servings in disposable freezer bowls. Pop one in the microwave for 3-minutes for a hearty meal. I usually serve with a few corn tortillas. - 5/29/09

This soup is so easy to make! It tastes wonderful. I used a can of Hot Rotelle tomatoes to spice it up. I would definitely make it again and again. Thanks - 4/7/09

This is a great meal for a cold winter day! I did make some alterations. I halfed the recipe because it was just way too much soup for us. I also added a cup of fat free chicken broth and some diced onion and green peppers. I served it with crushed frito's on top for the kids. YUMM-O - 11/19/08

Loved this. Made it for a friend who is on gluten free, low fat diet. Had plenty for her family and mine so I didn't have to make dinner twice today. I put fresh cilantro and chopped onions in with it. Tried a little for lunch and loved it then realized I didn't put in the taco seasoning still good - 8/15/13
